MONTRÉAL, Sept. 14, 2024 /CNW/ - On Tuesday, the Lotto Max jackpot will reach a historic record height of 80 million dollars! It's the biggest jackpot ever awarded in Canada. The amount up for grabs will total 98 million dollars since no less than 18 Maxmillions prizes will also be drawn.

The new maximum amount this lottery game's jackpot can reach is 80 million dollars. The maximum amount had been set at 70 million dollars in 2019. Lotto Max remains the lottery game that inspires the biggest dreams. Players will still have the chance to win Maxmillions prizes when the jackpot reaches or exceeds 50 million dollars.

Customers have until 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday to purchase Lotto Max tickets at retailers, on lotoquebec.com and with the Lotteries app. They can also play with Formule groupe to improve their odds of winning a prize.
